What is a good duplicate file locate utility app?

I want to clean out my HDD and I need something to help me find the files that I don't need installed in several places. Shareware might work OK if I had to use it because I would probably only use it once. This would be for W98SE BTW. TIA.

When you start a new project, it lets you set various search parameters to compare files by. It can takes some time to run, the more complicated you set the search to be.
