Really good meatless entree in Dec Bon Appetit
Well, still eggs and cheese. But great alternative when you don't feel like cooking a whole meal.

I subbed tomato sauce and fresh chevre and it still came out very nice. Definitely a keeper.

3. Was thinking the same thing.
My dad has been giving me a gift subscription to BA for years, so I have that issue sitting around here somewhere. Don't know how I missed that recipe.
