Fish & Chips meets Fish Taco
I had some leftover battered fish and felt like making fish tacos out of it, so reheated the fish and some corn tortillas and cut some cabbage up. All well and good.

But here's what I did for the sauce. Usually, when I have fish & chips, I can't decide between tartar sauce and malt vinegar--I love them both--so I finally just gave in and combined the two, much to my delight.

So I did that, in a blender, and added a fresh jalapeno plus some chipotle chili powder. And used that to dress the tacos.

YUM!!

1. Mmmm. That sounds great!
Just the type of dish my husband would say, "I HOPE you wrote down how you did this!" :hi:

2. I am going to try this
I do like fish tacos especially if the fish has a bit of crunch.
