Cinnamon honey butter...
I've had commercial cinnamon honey butter, but it always tasted a bit rancid to me, so I decided to make my own. I softened the (unsalted) butter in the microwave, then mixed it with cinnamon and honey, then, using a small whisk, whipped it until it was well blended. This is divine on whole wheat toast!

I'll bet your homemade concoction would make a delicious-- and PURELY medicinal, of course!-- hot toddy come the first nasty cold of the winter. ;)
