Declare crucial holidays like "Something on a Stick Day?"

Maybe I'm just bitter because my birthday is Four Prunes Day (at least it's balanced out by also being National Pasta Day). W00t--my daughter's b-day is coming up and it's National Chocolate Mousse Day. :)

Mine is unclear. They list two for my birthdate, and there and one day close by that is missing entirely.
