Anyone know where I can find a good AppleScript tutorial?

I'm trying to learn AppleScript at the behest of my boss, but it's pretty arcane stuff to someone like me with little to no previous programming experience. I've done some reading on AppleScript, but what would really be helpful is some sort of demonstrative tutorial, a la the Total Training DVD tutorials for Adobe Creative Suite. Total Training itself does not appear to have anything for AppleScript and they have never responded to my email inquiries regarding such. If any of you have any suggestions or recommendations, I'd be most appreciative!

1. First look on the Apple Site, then O'Reilly Publishing.

The google "Applescript tutorial."  There is a
downloadable tutorial, but I don't know of any interactive.

BTW, I made this plain text so you can copy the whole Air
America URL.  So just copy paste the two URL's The line,
"open location

 should be one line in the AppleScript editor.  You might have
to widen the window.
