New ass kicking iMacs and eMacs
http://www.apple.com/imac/

Notice they are intalling 512 instead of 256 RAM 'bout fucking time!!!

I think it is time to consider one.

The new eMac looks good too.

My old Dual/450 could be replaced by the iMac.

1. It looks like it's just about time for me to switch!
The 20" iMac specs are just about perfect for me, including all of the features that I would have added to the old 1.8Ghz machine, and it costs less!!!

The bump in processor speed is nice, the increase in standard RAM critical, a 250Gig drive standard (400Gig optional) is a welcome touch, but the biggest bump is in the graphics system. Better GPU, and with 128Meg of video ram!

2. I have been spoiled by the Dual processor
because I use Photoshop, but it appears that the new iMac teamed up with my Viewsonic would make a fine machine for the simple imaging I do.

with a 30 day money back. . .I know I am tempted to try. . .

However, a new shiny iMac would look mighty nice on your desk.

7. And I pulled the trigger on the old CitiBank card...
and bought a new 17in SooperDrive model to replace my old 15in G4 iMac that will henceforth reside in my daughter's room.

I've been itching to buy one of these since the updates were first talked about. I do a fair amount of iMovie and iDVD work, so the G4 was a struggle. A 90-minute iMovie going to iDVD might take 14 - 15 hours to encode and burn to DVD.
