that's what twins are, same DNA but they are different, even if you were a famous person would a clone make the same decisions at the same time, have the same strengths, I think that one would have the same challenges as any parent, but reliving your life through another person's eyes-no.

Because, despite sci-fi, there would be little resemblance. The child would be less like the parent than identical twins raised apart are to each other.

I've got a good idea of what didn't work for me growing up and what did, and while I'm pretty sure I'd make mistakes, I think I'd make ones less likely to inflict the current set of neuroses.

No, in all seriousness, a clone wouldn't really be me - the only thing we'd have in common is our genetic makeup. Our personalities and thoughts would likely differ greatly. I'd raise it just like I'd raise any other child. Some people get science mixed up with science fiction. You'll never be able to clone another "you".

Although, if we found a way to combine the Human Brain with Computers, there might be a way to do something like that - you'd require the clone for a new body as your old one dies. Of course, by the time that happens we'll likely be able to stop the aging process through genetic modification, so needing a new body would be rather pointless unless your old one was literally falling a part.

Personally, I'm all gun-ho for something like that - I want to live forever. :P
