Republican racism.
Edited on Sat Feb-07-09 06:00 PM by Oerdin
Let's all remember that Republicans are not racist. I mean just because they draw "political cartoons" like this and distribute them on right wing websites that doesn't mean they're racist.

Nope, no racial over tones in that one. :eyes:

1. Most Republicans aren't racists, actually.
A lot sincerely believe in the 'small government' message.

4. Why would they be Republicans if they like small government?

8. Because
that used to be the Republican mantra, and they are hoping it comes back....it has never been the Democratic mantra.

10. well..
First of all, the term is undertones, but aside from that, it is somewhat ironic, democrats were the ones who were in favor of slavery, and republicans were against it, but now, it is mostly the opposite, and thank heavens, because if that were not the case, I don't think I would be so proud to be a democrat. Also, yes, those are rather racist

11. No Republican Racism whatsoever!
Edited on Mon Sep-19-11 12:57 PM by WMDemocract
None at all! And it's sheer coincidence that Reagan advocated "state's rights" in states that opposed the Civil Rights Act being "forced" upon them from the federal government and that Reagan popularized the misguided idea of "welfare queens" driving around in Cadillacs and using food stamps. No http://www.obamaftw.com/blog/republican-party-racism/republican-tea-party-racism">Republican Racism whatsoever ;)
