Predictions on what health care reform will look like this year?

I know what I would like.
A 100% government insurance, "Medicare For All", choice.

But I think we are probably going to get a mandated private insurance "alternative" which Uncle Sucker will supplement for those who can't afford it.
That way the corporate welfare system stays alive and well.

What do you think it will look like?

1. Everyone will have access to health insurance...
...the insurance companies will collect the premiums, then deny everyone's claims and necessary life saving procedures like they do now.

4. BINGO!
Health insurance is the problem. Nationalize it like civilized countries have.

2. It's a great time
to do a bit of research on natural ways to stay healthy and treat diseases. Don't leave your welfare to the state. Diet is square one.

3. Who is "leaving their welfare to the state"?

Taking care of one's self is what we should all be doing but to suggest that doing this alone is sufficient misses the point IMHO.

Car wrecks, accidents, disease, genetics, etc..
Many serious and very expensive health issues are well beyond diet and exercise.

5. Car wrecks remind me of...

The many people who go bankrupt every year because the insurance won't pay because the ambulance took them to a hospital emergency room that was "out of network"
