I need some advice
Anybody, a little pup is in my home tonight from the pound with pneumonia, how it came to be doesn't matter, I had nothing to do with it. a lab 6 wks, has sub q antibiotics, I'm giving ionic silver via neb every 6hrs. for 1 min. and a tad of b complex for energy to help it cough. I got to do the best I can any advice is welcome. Peace

2. I don't know about dogs
but when my kids croup...or something like it we ran a cool air mister..it helped there cough.

5. The pup came from the pound
I guess i'm the last hope for it. I just posted on the pet forum hopefully for some good advice. what is ionic silver? oh man, I can't believe folks don't know about it.

4. I had a cat that had feline leukemia who got pneumonia
We spent 3-4 times a day in the bathroom with the hot water running in the shower creating a steam bath--about 20 min at a time (you can just turn it on and leave him in there to sleep too).
That helped alot of his congestion.
Also you can add some neb treatments of JUST saline solution (no medication) to help loosen up his chest.
Good luck and hope the little guy feels better.

labored breathing now, got to go, I know the silver works but afraid of the herx, don't know exactly how much to give.
