that this is a joke. These people are truly sickening. DH and I both watched this and found it nauseating. The depths that the Religious Wrong can and does sink to are sometimes almost beyond belief...almost. Those kids don't have the slightest notion of what they are saying, just parroting what they are told. I wish we could deck these people but good. I consider myself childfree but even I don't like innocent kids being used in this way.

I remember back when I was in college and I volunteered to be an escort for one of the Women's clinics that was being savagely picketed... These people were instructing their kids (I'd say some were as young as 5 or 6) to run up into a mob of people to shove their stupid tracts into the pockets or purses of the escorts and the patients. This was around about the time that people were getting shot over the abortion issue. Just who the frak puts their child into that kind of situation?

One kid, in the middle of all of this, fell and was being stepped on- one of the other escorts pushed his way in to get him out before he got seriously hurt- poor little guy was scared to death. The escort hands him back to his mom (bruised but otherwise ok) and that betch didn't even thank him.
