its really disheartening.

I have to find 5 studies and so far have found one austrian study.

Bah! Humbug.

1. Check out the ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center

I think I remember them having done some research on this. Not sure if it appeared in a peer-reviewed journal, though.

2. HRC might know some good sources as well

Honestly this might be hard info to find. Laws banning such discrimination are only a couple decades old meaning that there hasn't been a ton of time to conduct such studies. Good luck, let us know what you find.
