On his radio show yesterday, Fox News host John Gibson made fun of Air America host/MSNBC analyst Rachel Maddow, playing a clip that says "Ooh, lesbians! Yummy!" after airing audio of her discussing media coverage of Jeremiah Wright. Maddow is a lesbian.

3. Here's the deal: Gibson HATES Olbermann, hence he hates Maddow now.

Olbermann aired a story one time about how Gibson showed up at a family dinner (for a holiday? I don't remember), and got violent, angry, and very very drunk. I guess Gibson has been acting like that his whole life (people LOATHE him). He's really a vile human being.

With that said, if that's his best shot at Rachel, that's pretty pathetic too.

I resent Gibson's resorting to mocking hate speech. Disagree with Rachal's politics, but to go after someone because of the sexual orientation is sexual McCarthyism. Over the years I have observed that people who are so uptight about other people's sexuality have sexual hand ups themselves & are afraid that they may be gay & use their anti - gay stand as a smokescreen to divert attention away from themselves. I am also a mother, grandmother, & a very liberal Democrat that supports Obama.
