Springfield Anti-gay Petition Fraud Victims Speak Out
Springfield Fraud Victims Speak Out

"He lied right to our faces about what it was about... and if I new what it was about there is no way I would have signed it." - alleged fraud victim Emily Nichols

Springfield's Channell 22 News aired its I-Team investigation into petition fraud on Monday, January 10. Mineau says there will need to be tens of thousands of fraud allegations before he will admit there is a problem and now is raising his own allegations that there may have been professional "plants" who intentionally signed the petition so they could challenge later.

Pigs fly! Hell freezes over!

As local news and television uncover fraud across the Commonwealth, sponsors of the anti-gay marriage petition have been under increasing pressure to poke their heads out from behind their wall of denial.

Now it has finally happened. Petition spokesperson Kris Mineau, who has been claiming for months that fraud charges are nothing more than lies fabricated by HO - MO - sexual activists, now has changed his tune! Mineau admits in today's Eagle-Tribune that "there may have been rare cases of fraudulent signature gathering."

Wow, good for Kris! A half-truth is better than a bold faced lie for sure. Imagine. Only four days ago, Mineau, who sat and faced ten alleged fraud victims at the October State House hearing (not to mention an Arno whistle-blower who described in detail how she had frauded hundreds of citizens and witnessed petition forgery) was telling the Sentinel & Enterprise that "he had not heard of any collectors misleading citizens." Now this! I can only wonder what will come tomorrow?

2. MFI deserves to be exposed as the frauds they are.
I hope the people of Mass. knock down their petition before it ever gets to the ballots. Because who knows, they might pull a Jeb Bush on the election.

3. Only way to end this is their defeat at the ballot box
Even if it can be proved that enough of the signatures are fraudulent to invalidate the petitions. They will be back next year to try again. The only way I see to put an end to this is to defeat it at the ballot box. And at this time I believe we have more than enough votes to confirm equal marriage rights in the Commonwealth.

4. This Mineau is crazy as a loon. . .
as if he honestly believes that the people of this country aren't slowly waking up to the deliberate deceptive practices of the faux "religious" Right. Frankly, I have always thought that the REAL constitutional amendment should be about the viability of allowing the Catholic Church to continue being described as a CHURCH, since the number of sexual abuse cases and their criminal coverup for years would have cost any other citizen their freedom.

But this dude is over the top with his contention there were "plants" to make the religiously "correct" petition gatherers look bad. . .oh, there were plants all right - the surrogates he hired to come into Massachusetts and get paid for each signature they gathered.
