1. John Aravosis said there could be an out here. 18K marriages are

safe. the next person to marry and carry a suit forward makes the court say that if those 18k marriages are okay, then what makes any more not ok? Its a good path. This ruling is beyond the pale but there could be a clear path to striking it down coming up.
