Well, couldn't someone like... oh... say... Dennis Kucinich sneak something into some other random bill that gave equal rights to the GLBT community? Or maybe someone who was retiring after '10?

Would something like that work? Or is that just wishful thinking?

I mean, if the pukes could sneak through all that horrible stuff by burying it in thousands of legalese, couldn't we pass some really good stuff the same way? I hate to be so damned sneaky, but... Fuck! We need to get some shit done.

3. I wouldn't put it past the fanatics

to not bother to read all the bills but get electronic copies and search for any key works (like equal, rights, marriage, abortion, fetus, etc) just to avoid something exactly like that. As sneaky as the Dems can be, the Repukes win the sneaky game every time.
