1. They have the power to sway and control the media.
Arne will say he loves teachers after all, etc. etc.

Randi will pretend to be shocked at developments that she as a professor at Broad Academy worked to get in place.

And Rhee will be Rhee.

2. Makes me glad I don't watch TV.
I get to miss Arne give us teachers the benefit of his years of experience in the classr—...wait a minute, he doesn't have any experience!

4. Thanks
I just warned my family that they shouldn't be alarmed if they hear screaming, cursing and the sound of objects being thrown around coming from my room tomorrow morning.

5. Most of their talking points have been debunked by DU already I suppose.
So tomorrow I'll DVR Face the Nation (devoted to the 2010 Congressional elections) and the overnight rerun of Meet the Press (devoted to 5 years anniversary of Hurricane Katrina).

9. Ugh.
I knew Jamie Oliver was going to get involved in this all this "reform" hoo-haw somehow after I read about his show. How long until he comes up with a Revolutionary© food brand of his own to sell to charter schools? There's a company in Berkeley that does this. Claims to be green and nutritious but is very expensive and just uses the same companies that the "bad" public schools do. School "reform" is the biggest and most shameful scan I've seen perpetrated on the public in years. And the whole thing is just loaded with overpaid airheads. It's driving me nuts.
