Any ESL/ESOL teachers out there?
I'm looking into a volunteer opportunity to help teach ESL. Any advice, experience, impressions, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

1. Yep, I work with Literacy Volunteers in Decatur.
I did the training last summer and got a student to work with one on one for a year. It's been fun, some work, a challenge and interesting. I highly recommend looking into working with them. http://www.lvama.org/
