this isn't one of the better drafts. There is a complete absence of the elite players. Players that are going to be top 5 picks would have been picks in the teens most other years. While those making this a cottage industry will not say it, I have read enough of the obscure stuff by or with quotes from scouts and GMs and former GMs to know this isn't going to be an impact draft. In fact thanks to the outragious salaries being paid to the top 10 or so picks, it has the potential to hurt some of those teams (in terms of being forced to over pay for marginal to slightly above average talent).

That said the draft is strong and deep in wide receivers. While it's not particularly strong at the top, the cornerback class is also very deep. I think the OTs are over rated and there is a very good chance that many of the first round picks will eventually prove to be busts.
