3. Al is a desperate old man that knows ...
he doesn't have much time left and wants his Raiders to return to glory. The problem is it's going to take time and his constant interference and undermining of his coaches isn't helpful. It's also going to hamper his chances of finding coaches and managers that can restore greatness to the franchise.
