And to think, Eli is the third most Athletic of the Manning Boys
Edited on Sun Feb-03-08 10:51 PM by BOSSHOG
We all know of the greatness of Peyton. Older brother Cooper has some weird health issue which prevented him from pursuing a College or Professional career although he was outstanding in High School.

Wouldn't it have been great to see three wholesome brothers win back to back to back super bowls without even the hint of impropriety instead of the "success" of the garbage that is the New England Patriots.

And Tom Brady is just fucking super WHEN HE HAS MAXIMUM PROTECTION.

2. Compared to the Patriot organization
they are Saints. And Please, share with me why they are not wholesome. I do not smoke anything although I am the main reason Anheiser Busch is in the position it is in today.

3. I told my wife all week
If the Giants maintain the pressure, they will win. And they did. And then they did.

4. "Maximum Protection" ??? Go wash your mouth out with soap !!
Seriously, though, this one was a Game For The Ages.

(FYG: I've been a Giants fan since I was 10 years old (1966)- when they got rotten and stayed that way while I was growing up. Nearly 40 YEARS of the good, the bad, the ugly, the tragic, AND THE GLORIOUS!)

5. Peyton may appear to be wholesome, but this is who he plays for

none of this should, however, reflect on Eli, who I hope immensely enjoys his week at Disney World!!

6. Benefit of the doubt teammate
but wasn't Peyton in Diapers when the Colts pulled chocks and moved to Indy?

And the wholesome label was a dig at the Patriots who are nothing but!!

I was a ten year old hoodlum in North Philly when you were born.

7. If it weren't for the fact that this Tuesday is also Mardi Gras. . .
the day also slated for NYC's ticker-tape parade in celebration of this victory as well as Super Tuesday primary day -

I would have Eli Manning crowned King of the Mardi Gras - and have him throw miniature footballs along with doubloons and beads.

9. Eli proved himself in the biggest way possible.
4 points down, 2 minutes left, in the absolute biggest game of the year... and he delivered. I used to think he was a spoiled jerk, but this season - what the Giants went thru, and the way Eli responded through the playoffs, well that's pretty damn impressive.
