Spurs striker Robbie Keane to LA?
http://msn.foxsports.com/foxsoccer/mls/story/robbie-keane-signs-with-los-angeles-galaxy-designed-player-major-league-soccer-081211

Multiple outlets are reporting that Irish striker Robbie Keane is on his way to Los Angeles for a medical. Apparently it's a 2 year deal worth something like 8-9 million.

So where does that leave Juan Pablo Angel?

2. Because they have money to spend
They're one of three clubs with any kind of salary budget to bring in talent.

3. LA and NYRB do spend the money.
The question remains: What is the source of the income, and is it truly sustainable?
