6. Horrible way to die....again.
Better game all around by every one involved. Both teams played better, and the officiating was much better.

9. That was a great game winner.
And I'm rooting for the Bruins. This series is far from over. Ask the Habs.

3. The city of Boston must be seething with rage right now.
I know I would be if a guy who should have been suspended were involved on all 3 goals to beat my team.

4. According to the NHL..
their Senior Vice President of Operations, Mike Murphy, to be exact, After reviewing the incident, including speaking with the on ice officials, I can find no conclusive evidence that Alex Burrows intentionally bit the finger of Patrice Bergeron."

If the league can truly find "no conclusive evidence" that Burrows intentionally bit Bergeron, then I'm not sure what Bruins' fan expected them to do. OTOH, I got the distinct impression during the WCF that Vancouver was from some reason getting all the breaks from the officials...maybe it's just my bias showing.

5. This Bruins fan isn't bothered by it.
Nothing conclusive, and even if he did bite him it could just have been from Bergy's finger being in his mouth. I don't want to see the league step in at this time of year. They're all big boys, they can take it. Let them play.

8. We should ask the Razorback fans who lost their bowl game
because of the performance of a bunch of "should have been suspended" players.

In either case, he probably should have been suspended, but as long as the Bruins didn't lose a player as a result of his actions, it doesn't really matter to me. If he had done something illegal that cause a Bruins player to miss time, that would have been another matter. In the end, it just makes league officials look bad. They want to set policies that are absolute, and then when presented with a situation to stand by their principles (such an offense by a key player during a cup final), they pretend not to see anything.

If the Bruins hadn't made a few critical mistakes, or gotten a few more lucky breaks, they could have won. I don't blame the league officials or refs for either of the losses. The Bruins played well, but Vancouver is a good team and they needed to be just a little bit better.
