They had to paint the course
It has been a cold spring and my lawn is still 50% brown and is all my neighbors.

3. I doubt it...
My lawn in ATL is green and that's without any of the special treatements, etc. that the Masters grounds crew would have employed (such as the occassional blowing hot/cold air on the Azaleas (depending on the weather leading up to the event)) to make them bloom out at just the right time (note: my Azaleas are also in full bloom without any treatments).
