Redskins, despite lockout, seek ticket payments
Nice move, Danny-boy!!

Despite the labor dispute threatening the 2011 season, most NFL teams, including the Redskins, have not changed policies requiring season ticket holders to pay in full this spring.

Operating as if there will be a full NFL season in 2011, the Redskins are requiring that season ticket packages be paid in full by May 1, according to invoices sent out to season ticket holders. Customers had the option of a one-time renewal payment by February 18, for general admission seating, or they could choose the payment plan that featured three installments, due March 1, April 1 and May 1.

Its business as usual, Redskins Senior Vice President Tony Wyllie said. But we have promised that if any games are missed, they have their choice of full refund or credit to next year.

The Redskins are among the large majority of NFL teams that havent altered season ticket payment plans. But the New York Giants, New York Jets, Carolina Panthers and Buffalo Bills are giving fans more time to pay because of the uncertainty of the 2011 season.

2. Worst owner in the history of sports
Arrogant as hell and snotty rich boy. I went from a fan to actually rooting against them.

4. Sure he sucks, but Jerry and most of the NFL owners are doing the same thing
But yet here is the OP, only going after the Skins. What about Jerry?

3. While its low class, the article says "Most Teams"
You just happen to be quoting from the local paper to trash a team you hate...also low class

5. It's the Washington Post, the Redskins hometime paper, that I am quoting!
Given the fact he was suing fans who could not afford their license, it was in character for Snyder to pull something like this.

6. Jones and Snyder. And you wonder why I root for both teams to lose when they play each other?

And, of course, most of the other lobotomized lemurs* who call themselves NFL owners are doing the same thing.

*Lobotomized lemurs: a term that generally applies to the real people behind the artificial persons on the Fortune 500.
