There were 2 great (yes it depends on who you rooted for) games yesterday at the Link in Philly.
Duke beat up on Maryland and Johns Hopkins barely got past Virginia.
Tomorrow will be the NCAA Final between #1 Johns Hopkins and #2 Duke.
Of course instead of being able to go to the game tomorrow (I don't live to far away) I will still be working on my kitchen. Some projects just really take forever.
I have rarely seen anything as exciting as Hopkins getting the faceoff with 12 seconds left and down 8-7 and then the drive to get the tying goal with 1.4 seconds left. Whew. Thanks to ESPN2 for giving this old California alum a chance to see his team in action.
Anyway, what'd people think of how Hopkins beat Duke in the final? It was really up in the air for a bit, but JH killed the clock at the end and hung on.
