Anelka thrown off French World Cup squad
Striker Nicolas Anelka was thrown off France's World Cup squad Saturday after reportedly insulting coach Raymond Domenech.

French Football Federation vice president Noel Le Graet told France's RTL radio the decision was made Saturday after Anelka refused to apologize.

The Chelsea striker reportedly made obscene comments to Domenech at halftime during the 2-0 loss to Mexico on Thursday.

Talk about a team in disarray. Though I think 99% of their problems are spelled D-o-m-e-n-e-c-h. At least this will force him to play Henry..

2. He's a scapegoat...
Probably only saying what the rest of the team was thinking. I haven't coached anything above u-14 girls, but I could do better than Domenech.
