US is ahead of England on goals scored (3-1).
If the US wins, they're in.
US Ties and England-Slovenia tie US goes through if they have more goals scored (currently 3-1)
Slovenia wins, US Wins or ties, US goes through.
England wins, US ties, US is out.
US loses, US is out.
To win group:
US Wins and England wins or ties. US needs better goal differential.
Slovenia wins group with win.
One more thing. If the US wins the group, they probably stay away from Germany and Argentina. So winning the group would be good.
