Dolphins Ronnie Brown arrested for DUI
Miami Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown, who had been in the suburban Atlanta area to help celebrate his parents' anniversary, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and released from jail a few hours later, officials said Monday.

Hmm...looks like the Dolphins star RB has a few problems to deal with. Maybe a stint in AA will help.

2. Look..if anyone can straighten him out
it would be Singletary. Wade Phillips doesn't have the command presence of Mike....which is one reason the Cowboys will never win a SB with him.

3. Will the York family let Singletary do his job??
We'll see.

Of course the deBartolo's know about jails, so they could probably mentor Pacman.

Since he was convicted shortly after those victories, one has to wonder how many of those are tainted.

8. Update #2
Edited on Tue Mar-23-10 06:57 PM by Upton
By digging a bit further, I've found that Brown's bust makes him the THIRD Dolphin to be arrested since the beginning of February. Never fear, I will continue to keep you updated on the pressing legal problems faced by South Florida's new crime family...the Miami Dolphins.

Coach Tony Sparano had barely finished breakfast Tuesday at the NFL owners meetings when he found himself discussing a subject he'd like to avoid — off-the-field problems for his Miami Dolphins.

Running back Ronnie Brown (FSY) became the third player arrested since early February when he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol last weekend in suburban Atlanta.

9. Update #3
Lying to police, twice the legal limit, almost hit an oncoming vehicle....what will be next?

Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown's blood alcohol level was almost twice the legal limit when he was arrested for DUI last weekend in suburban Atlanta. Now reports suggest the football player lied to police and narrowly missed a head-on collision with another vehicle.

10. NFL's Joey Porter arrested in California
<snip>

"Authorities say NFL linebacker Joey Porter has been arrested in Bakersfield on suspicion of drunken driving and accused of assaulting an officer and resisting arrest.

The California Highway Patrol says the 33-year-old player was confronted by officers early Saturday in a fast-food parking lot.

Porter refused to provide his driver's license and began to roll up his window when asked to leave the car. Police say that when an officer reached to unlock the door Porter slapped the officer's hand.

Porter eventually got out and complied with orders, placing his hands behind his back. He and a passenger were arrested."
