I'll be the first to point out: they are not really Vikings' fans, they are fans of an ex quaterback for the Green Bay Packers. They will soon be booing his aged aching ass. The announcers are reviewing tapes of John Madden, trying to outdo his BF ball washing: 'they are not booing because T-Jack is out there, they are booing because Favre is not' They must also be reviewing Sarah Palin tapes to try and outdo teh stoopid.

Someone should start a blog on the 'meltdown in the metrodump' this year, because this franchise is going to remain the laughing stock of the NFL.

Its too bad because they do have talent. But they have an idiot on the sidelines and an ego trip under center.

EDIT to add: T-Jack was there for the OTA's and TC, not faking hurt or old, and the classy fans boo him? That sound you hear is his agent making calls to other teams. folks I know in GB are hawking their seats for the Minn game at $500 per right now. IF he is still playing, they will be much higher than that come game day.

If he walks onto Lambeau field in purple, it will be one of the all time iconic NFL moments

3. They'll realize their mistake soon enough.

There's a reason you don't see 40-year-old QBs in the NFL. But if Favre doesn't have the arm strength to fall back on, at least he uses good judgment when dropping back. Oh, wait! He's a horrible decision maker who's easily good for 20 picks this year if he starts 16 games. Peterson better have 2500 combined yards and 20 TDs for this group to have even a prayer in the postseason.
