But, then, everyone knows that the Bible says that being saved changes one's DNA, right?

It's not so much crazy that religious nutcases come up with these fantasy stories, it's that anyone believes them.

4. Only somewhat laughable

This is the mindset of people in the Family at C-Street. That as long as they're right with Jesus (their definition of being "right"), no matter what they do, they're still part of God's chosen. Chances are better than half that although Ensign resigned from Congress due to his sex scandals and everything, that he's still part of and is welcomed by the Family.
