Help me through a brain fart, please!
There's a website promoting a "church" that is really an awe-of-cosmos/nature philosopy. It extensively quotes Carl Sagan. Its logo is a cutaway of a nautilus shell showing the "sacred geometry" of its design.

There's a name for this organisation and school of thought... and it totally escapes me. I had the site bookmarked at one time, but I can't find it now.

Help? Anyone?

8. Yeah, me too.
But this was a particular organization. The website was really well put together, too. I'm getting a headache trying to remember.

9. Not it.
It's not a group that's based entirely on Sagan, just quotes him a lot.

Not an atheist group, either. More like a kind of pantheism.

16. Why didn't you just say pantheism to begin with?
just kidding.

but pantheism is not one specific religion it is a more general term, like monotheism or atheism, a category of belief types. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pantheism

many religions incorporate pantheistic concepts

:D

Also... it was a wipeout brain fart -- couldn't think of the word "pantheism."

I get bad brain farts sometimes. I think it comes from too much of this:
