Think anyone would buy holy books written in regional accents?

You could have a Quran with Castilian pronounciation, or a Bible in Bostonian, for example.

....I live about halfway between Philadelphia and NYC. I don't think I could stop laughing.
Reminds me of Tony Curtis in the old movie "Black Shield of Falworth"

9. Every once in a while someone will come out with holy books designed to appeal to youth,
written entirely in the vernacular, or as a comic book/graphic novel/manga, or in rap form, or whatever. They're always short-lived novelties.
