Plenty of cool pics from the upcoming Wolfman movie.
It's official...I'm psyched.

Del Toro even looks a lot like Lon Chaney Jr. in that last pic. More photos, plus actual words, here...

1. Yeah, I like how they kept the old style look.
There have been rumors they CGIed it up a bit in reshoots and post to make "Wolfie" run on all fours at times. I kind of hope not actually. If it turns out looking like an "Underworld" movie I'll be disappointed.

2. I'm hoping that's just a rumor.
I guess we'll see when it comes out, but I'm hoping they retain the style of the original.

3. I expect a bit more actioin and SFX, obviously.
But I hope it just isn't overdone to make it a popcorn movie. There are some of us who still love our classic horror that didn't necessarily involve seeing people's intestines.

4. I'm not sure I would say he looks like Lon but...
The wolfman is a very tragic figure when in human form. He fully understands what he is going to become and hates it. I think what made Lon Chaney's performance so great was his ability to express the dread and doom the character had in just a look. Del Toro looks to be able to do the same thing. I'm really looking forward to this movie.

5. I just love Benicio Del Toro. And is that Emily Blunt I see?
She is great, too. And getting married to a great character on one of my all-time favorite shows, The Office. (Blunt is marrying John Kasrinksy (Jim) from The Office.)
