Yet another Book Club inquiry - how to make it better.
What if we had 8 titles a year instead of 12? Each title would have approx 6 weeks of current discussion. Judging from the "How many books do you have going at a time?" poll it's clear that we have lots of avid readers on this forum. Maybe a somewhat slower pace would increase club discussion?

Suggested schedule:

Jan 1 to Feb 15.....Club 1
Feb 16 to March 31.....Club 2
April 1 to May 15.....Club 3
May 16 to June 30.....Club 4
July 1 to Aug 15.....Club 5
Aug 16 to Sept 30.....Club 6
Oct 1 to Nov 15.....Club 7
Nov 16 to Dec 31.....Club 8

Comments? Suggestions? Or should I just shut up & continue to admin the Book Club as it is? :P

BTW, I'm seriously thinking of suspending Book Club for the month of December simply cuz it's such a busy time & we've had decreasing interest & participation in the Book Club. ?????

Please, if you have any ideas, suggestions, input, post it! Or PM me.

Thanks! I love this forum & I think Book Club is a great idea & would not only like to see it continue, but continue vigorously!
