Can anyone recommend any Legal or Medical Thrillers?
I have been reading a lot of John Grisham, William Bernhardt, and I started picking up Catherine Coulter (after confirming she is not related to Dann) and REALLY dug the book. I have read Lisa Scottoline and Lisa Gardner books - they are OK

As far as medical thrillers go. I regularly read Robin Cook, Michael Palmer, Richard Mabry (although it's more preach-y than medical issues), and more recently Dr. Peter Clement

What I would like to know your thoughts about what my next series of books/Kindle books should be. I need something that gives the cliffhangers and the like.

I await your word while I eat this delicious crab cake.

3. Anything by Jodi Picoult.
Her books are amazing. And most have detailed legal trials in them.

4. Brian Haig
mvccd1000 turned me on to Brain Haig. It's military - Maj. Sean (Bulldog) Drummond, lawyer in the Army JAG.

He's Haig's son, so he's probably Republican, but he doesn't let it show at all...

6. I like Scott Turrow. I can really recommend "Limitations."
That one really isn't a thriller, but it's still excellent.

7. The Doomsday Book by Connie Willis.
It may not exactly be a medical thriller, but a historian from the 22nd century goes back to 14th century England, and because of a screw up of some kind, winds up about twenty years later than the target date. So now she's arrived a couple of weeks before the Black Plague is going to hit. Really good.

13. Frank Coffin -
Go to this post in DU3 - haven't seen you there yet.

It seems that Daniel M. Klein, who writes Elvis Presley mysteries, also writes medical thrillers.
