Put yourself in a reverse of position. Kerry is pronounced the winner and there is reason to believe this election was close enough to demand action. What is the first thing you can think of to do?

in Florida in 2000. Multiply by a million or more. Or look at the Ukraine at present, but replace the good natured Ukrainians with millions of insane right wing and probably well-paid protesters...
