BEV HARRIS INTERVIEW TONIGHT 10 PM AARON BROWN

Just wanted a new thread with the facts. I called a contact at CNN and it was confirmed it will be on Aaron Brown tonight, 10 PM

you get from time to time, but do you really consider 10 late? in so far as you would normally go to bed earlier than that? and is that the case with a lot of people (so far as I am aware in any case I don't think anyone I know regularly goes to bed earlier than 10:30 at the soonest)

done since Saturday is sleep and get sick. Today is much better!

I was fine when I got home Friday - had a baked potatoe - don't ever want to see another one! It hit me Saturday evening. Now I know what to plan for. Poor kitties didn't get their boxes cleaned until today! I did manage to feed them and the feral ones outside. I had lots of furry nurses trying to cuddle and take care of me.

I swear they are psychic little critters. If anything will get you better fast, it will be them and their amazing brand of TLC!

i have gone through chemo before and i can tell you it just gets better and good luck with everything.

when she told me she was throwing up after the chemo.

She is constantly telling me how much they help her.

Mutt Mitts are 2 ply disposable pick up mitts/bag that you get at the Pet Shop.

They are sturdy and turn inside out.

I gave her some to take to the other patients when she goes to the hospital and now all of her friends there use them too!

This was a big baby step for CNN and for Aaron Brown to do it was amazing.

NO UPDATE, AND what the hell kind of 'interview' or 'coverage' was that? i need a time out, before i get cranky.

WEEEEEE were the ones speculating what the coverage would be, and we jumped to conclusions. This obviously isn't in anyway related to the update Bev was supposed to do on her website (Though I never thought it was) and we did think it would be a more exclusive interview with Bev, but look at the bright side still, We just got more MSM coverage on CNN (for once) with them using the word FRAUD, not using CONSPIRACY THEORISTS and actually reporting the story without being dismissive. They addressed some of the biggest concerns and even pointed to the Berkeley study. In my eyes, THAT'S ONE HELL OF A START!!!

First of all the report happened! That's a big deal. Second, it was a solid report, wasn't dismissive, and put some of the info out to viewers out side of DU. This was a good thing. And hopefully more to come...

Being that american media want know part of this powerful story -- dig it!...this election fraud could possibly lead up to Rove, Jeb Bush and who knows how deep this goes?..up to the Prez himself?

I don't believe anyone can really expect the media to just jump on day to day achievements brought about by investigators...and the fact that The FOXnews-Limbaugh-Hannity groups can't begin attack smears regardless of how credible facts brought out by the Bev Harris's etc...

The fact that CNN actually covered it tonite is a breakthru...tomorrow we'll hear about it via LimBaugh-Hannity which is still interesting because it only shows they're afraid of where this may be leading...! Really, just chill

MSM--if it was too big, too fast the Freepers would be shouting from the rooftops. This nice subtle way adds more legitimacy to the complaints in my opinion and may keep the other side from bringing out the sharks before all the work is done. I often have to remind myself that I am part of the informed minority. Most Americans don't scour the net everyday and don't know all the names of all the anchors on all the cable news networks! Of course. as I stated above "it ain't Pepsi at this time of night!"

I found the E-Voting segment, done by Aaron Brown, to be very interesting. Hope he will continue to update us on the progress of the investigation and perhaps interview Bev Harris at greater length.

I believe a great many Americans are concerned that their votes may not have been recorded or counted. Voting without a paper trail is something which should never be allowed again.

My thanks and compliments to CNN for addressing this concern.

The calm, credible Aaron Brown, looking at the subject from the angle of how confident we can be in the accuracy and reliability of our voting system. He says there were obvious problems, cites some easy to comprehend examples, and says we don't know if it's fraud, computer error, or human error.

All very reasonable. Kind of obvious, really.

And now we're having that national conversation, and we've been introduced very gracefully.

I just read your take in the other thread and it cheered me up.

Most people would be shocked silly to get any more detail at this point. And now it's a real story.

And my thanks to you for your help in following this as a big arc, and not a matter of each skirmish or shouting match.

She knows what she's talking about, love to see her interviewed..

It's really unfair to claim that someone is going to be interviewed and then we get a 6 second clip..

tho to be fair when I was on Lou Dobbs, I got interviewed for 10 minutes and then they used 2 maybe three seconds..after a two hour drive to LA..

Being on O'Rielly was no treat, but it was fun being on Joe Scarborough twice, the second time I had him by the cojones..

...but I saw the clip tonight and I'm not sure why everyone is hanging their hopes on it.

The guy said less than Keith O has said, Bev's comments said only that she was doing an audit in Florida, and none of her experiences in Florida with Volusia were mentioned in the least -- i.e., the "breaking development" we were supposed to hear about (!). Bev only got a few seconds of air time, and it was pretty innocuous stuff.

If I knew nothing about the voting problems from my own research, I would have forgotten the segment almost immediately after it aired.

Makes me wonder what Bev told them that they DIDN'T air (i.e., the huge bulk of her interview with them). They excised any tangible evidence that might have suggested fraud and dropped mention of Volusia concerns altogether.

So is Volusia being sued or not? The BBV site still doesn't say.

They probably got the low down from Bev and the others and they know there's a big story on the way.

By introducing it this way, they are both taking the safe route and getting their stake in as being out in front, not counting indefatigable, brave Keith.

Aaron Brown was not about to introduce this subject to America by saying, "By the way, did I mention that Bush might have STOLEN the election?"

He covered the salient points, and more importantly, he ENDED by planting a seed of doubt (in my opinion).

First of all, the media has quashed all the kind of inquiring articles you would expect to find in a country with a free media. Because nobody else is taking the time and effort to present an adversarial challenge to the system, it's up to people like Bev Harris and anyone else who wants to fill the void.

If there is a story at all is that in free America, we have a complete collapse in checks and balances. And the number of ways that the other side has taken to quash inquiry is alarming. When did this country stop being American?

Here's the feedback I sent to Newsnight:

Tragically, your report was infected with the erroneous assumption that nothing can be done to ensure the integrity of the results; an assumption that violates everything we stand for. By trivializing the grave issues you raise you are doing your viewers an enormous disservice.

This is what you should be telling your viewers:

In a true America, leaders serve only with the consent of the governed and that consent must be obtained by lawful elections that accurately measure the will of the voters. The voting systems and practices used in the conduct of this past election are so clearly flawed that the results in nearly every state are wide open to corruption by systematic vote suppression, data manipulation, human and machine error, and consequently, willful fraud. The moral burden must now be on each state to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that their results are accurate and lawfully obtained. There is no other patriotic option.

We the People, through our representatives, have defined our election laws to ensure that election results reflect OUR will. If, in any state, there is a reasonable doubt that the election results reflect the will of the voters, and application of the law fails to provide a remedy that eliminates the doubt, then We the People must demand a political remedy; one that trumps all legalisms and cynical misuse of our courts.

Let us be clear, IF WE ARE UNABLE to obtain this proof under current election law, through civil and/or criminal judicial means, then we MUST RESORT to a political solution and demand that our Congress reject the electors from ANY STATE that fails to validate its results through comprehensive, apolitical investigation and audit.

The law is intended to serve our will, not thwart it. We can never again allow a "technical" or "legal" argument trump reality as we did in 2000.

Never again.
