Interesting thought. Think Clinton
How can we get Bush in court and under oath to SWEAR that there was no fraud in 2004 election? Would that be a good idea or how do we need to frame it?

1. I like that.
This president certainly is not infallible. ...they just treat him as such.

2. I think you would have to actually impeach him,
difficult with the current House membership. Not impossible, but difficult.

5. I disagree
with the current house, they could find the twins sacrificed to Satan in the Oval Office with Faux News covering it and Rush Limbaugh announcing it and this House STILL wouldn't impeach him... they'd call him a victim of a Liberal Media Conspiracy(tm), and let him go.

4. Way I see it
If you had enough evidence to be able to bring him into court to have to swear against fraud, we would've had to already exposed enough of it to no longer make a friggin difference what the shrub swears.....

8. Just find some bimbo to sue him.
The SC already set a precedent to get him under oath.

7. Well here's my idea--
Work on uncovering the dirt on Karl Rove, and indict HIM. Then Bush will have to be subpoenaed as a material witness, and can give his testimony under oath.

He can be asked about when and exactly what Rove communicated to him privately about the future outcome of the election.

He can be shown the video of his smiling family all gathered around the TV on election night, with himself confidently predicting his victory and smirking like a schoolboy with a guilty secret. He can be asked what, pray tell, his thought processes were behind the smirk/

Is it true that Mr. Rove had just told you that your Diebold buddy would come through for you?

Did you know that Mr. Rove had plans to fix the election to assure your victory?

Did you know that Mr. Rove had plans to fix the election to assure your victory, BEFORE the election took place? When exactly did you learn this?

Etc. etc. What process would Congresspeople have to go through to get the Justice Dept. to look into Rove?

9. Think Clinton
I don't think after the Clinton debacle, you will ever see another sitting President go under oath about anything--as mentioned, he wouldn't even go under oath regarding 911, nor would he allow his beloved Condi to either.
