Has anyone made a COMPREHENSIVE "report" on this INFO?
Edited on Sun Nov-14-04 07:52 PM by Kralizec
By info I mean all the cirumstantial evidence (and more, in places), reports, rebuttals, election offical reports, etc, etc. If someone has already compiled a list or webpage, please list it here. I remember seeing a link once, but I can't find it anymore. I'm attempting to put it all together for a presentation on my site. Thanks in advance.

1. Pretty complete website & actions to help uncover fraud & Undo the Coup
The most complete website I've seen is http://www.solarbus.org/stealyourelection /

Also, I've compiled a list of actions to uncover fraud and undue the coup! The first one must be done ASAP and is urgent. The others you may or may not have seen--scroll down the whole list to see what interests you after you do the first one!

(1) URGENT: Contact Ohio Secretary of State Blackwell Right Away : A new ruling after the election in Cuyahoga County stated that provisional ballots in yellow packets must be Rejected if there is no date of birth on the packet. The Free Press obtained copies of the original Provisional Verification Procedure from Cuyahoga County which stated Date of birth is not mandatory and should not reject a provisional ballot. The original procedure required the voters name, address and a signature that matched the signature in the countys database. http://www.freepress.org/columns/display/3/2004/985

In addition, once the provisional ballots start being counted this Saturday (it will probably take a few days), anytime there is a question of the legality of one of the ballots it will be voted on by two Democrats and two Republicans. If there is a tie (which I assume in most cases there would be), Ohio Secretary of State Blackwell breaks the tie before the count is certified .

CONTACT BLACKWELL NOW:
Blackwell is a partisan Republican but he has backed down in the face of pressure before so please contact him today--it could effect Ohio official count and the fate of the presidency!

Say Something Like: "The new rule requiring birthdays on the outside of provional vote packets is outrageous and must be negated! Furthermore, whenever when you are urged to break ties in provisional ballot disputes, I strongly urge you not to exclude votes based on technicalities. It is immoral to disenfranchise people in this way! "

(2)HELP FUND A RECOUNT IN OHIO: There is also exciting new information about recounting Ohio. David Cobb in conjuntion with Michael Badnarik, the 2004 presidential candidates for the Green and Libertarian parties, today announced their intentions to
file a formal demand for a recount of the presidential ballots cast in Ohio.

(a)The Cobb and Badnarik campaigns are in the process of raising the required fee, estimated at $110,000, for filing for a complete recount. The campaigns are accepting contributions through their websites. The Cobb-LaMarche website is http://www.votecobb.org http://www.votecobborg/ >. The Badnarik-Campagna contribution page is https://badnarik.org .

(b)You can also help pay for a Ohio recount by sending your tax deductible check paying into this special fund set up to:

--Raising funds needed for a recount of the votes cast for President in Ohio
--Expert investigation of how votes were tallied
--Publicly reporting and acting to uphold the rule of law in Ohio and the
United States.
http://www.thealliancefordemocracy.org/html/eng/2138-AA... .

--There is another fund set up for recounts all around the country
http://www.helpamericarecount.org

--Email your representatives to ask the General Accounting Office to investigate evoting machines
http://www.workingforchange.com/activism/action.cfm?ite...

--Email your representatives to ask for voting reform
http://www.workingforchange.com/activism/action.cfm?Ite...

--Here is another petition, this one demanding a congressional investigation of the integrity of the voting process

Help These Two Organizations Prove Fraud
There is anecdotal evidence of widespread fraud with the paperless voting machines. There are two groups working to uncover hard evidence who need your support

(a) Please support the work of http://blackboxvoting.org -with donations and/or volunteer work--they need to raise $50,000 to file freedom of info act requests for as quickly as possible to pay for records and the fees some states charge for them. If you can't donate funds http://www.eservicescorp.com/form.aspx?fID=912 , please donate time.

E-mail to join the Cleanup Crew. (they need all types from doing grunt work, to lawyers and programers) crew@blackboxvoting.org

(b) Please also contribute to Votewatch http://www.votewatch.us . They need $250,000 to do a professional statistical analysis of the election which can be used as hard evidence.

This is an excellent organization that has been conservative in its approach, using highly respected statisticians and developing trusted relationships with key media contacts. They are collecting and analyzing data to determine if there was fraud in the election as seems to be indicated by the 5% (or so) discrepancy between exit polls and reported results from the touch screen voting with no paper trail vs. the other types of voting where exit polls closely matched reported results.

If you decide to move forward with a tax-deductible contribution, please make your check payable to Votewatch (ID# 94-3255070) and send it to:
