Anyone know of Clintons directing DNC (McAuliffe) to secure Dem votes after 2000s theft?

Anyone know of any show of concern by Clintons, as head of the Dem party and greatest influence on the national Dem party and its infrastructure and political strategy from 1993-2005, that they had directed any measures be put in place to counter all the deceptive tactics discovered to have been used by the RNC and GOP officials in states like Florida during the hearings on 2000s election fraud? Terry McAuliffe was handpicked to handle the needs of the Dem party, its candidates and its voters for 2002 and 2004 by the Clintons. What did he do to fulfill their wish to protect Dem votes from RNC and GOP officials' tactics?
