6. It looks like a set up to get HR550 passed
and then Lou can say, because of my reports on these electronic voting machines, the government has passed the HR550 bill.

The HR550 doesn't even scratch the surface to the real problems with these electronic voting machines, and if Lou doesn't know it, he damn well should.
