Results of Close Busby/Bilbray U.S. House Special Election in Doubt
Race to Replace Randy 'Duke' Cunningham in San Diego Was Run on
Hackable Diebold Voting Machines, Kept Unsecured at Poll Worker
Houses Overnight Before the Election!

To be clear, at this hour, we have no evidence to show that Democrat
Francine Busby, running in yesterday's special run-off election in
San Diego against Republican Brian Bilbray to replace the disgraced
Republican Randy "Duke" Cunningham for the U.S. House (CA-50) race
actually won it.

Neither do we have evidence to believe that Bilbray actually won it.

We do, however, have copious and documented evidence to suggest there
is no reason in the world to have any faith that Bilbray won the
race...

even when in control of the legislature we cannot even guarantee elections in our own stronghold?

its a testament to the mentality of the legislators who willignly turned the sos over to the republicans.

3. It is a testament to the corruption of our vote as citizens...
The system is broken and we must create a new one. Our elected representatives are niether elected nor representative of the people. It is not going to change unless we gain force as a Nation and demand a reliable system of voting. How to do this in a country that relies on votes to create change? Indeed a puzzle that has to be confronted.

5. Sec. of State should be replaced everywhere by a BOARD as Canada
does it.

A board oversees elections. Composed of IIRC, every party. Well, i think that is how it should be composed, whether or no Canada does it that way. Plus, overseas observers should come in.. as was done in last prez election... and they were BTW, barred from observing in OHIO.

9. This won't be popular but so what
Busby would not have won that district in November, regardless of Tuesday's outcome. Yes, incumbency has some advantages, even a brief incumbency, and she might have tried to make a mark in five months. But look at the basics: the more votes cast in a district like that, the worse we fare. You had 125,000 on Tuesday but November's over/under is closer to 200,000. Busby was out in November. She'll lose by greater numbers in November than Tuesday, percentagewise and margin.
