2. There are no WMD in Fallujah.

Even if they found a few vials (and I doubt that they did) that doesn't qualify as WMD. And even if it did, that by itself certainly doesn't justify the invasion , occupation and murder of nearly 100,000 Iraqis.

I heard it on NPR at 5 am; then I read on DU that the same reporter said that what was found was a Sarin detection kit.
