I'm looking for a "summary" of voting fraud in the 2004 election.
Hey Everyone,

Does anyone have a recommendation for an *objective* - note the emphasis on objective - summary on 2004 election vote? Websites? Is the John Conyers report the best? Any suggestions?

Thank You!

8. Just ask your Board of Elections Members this:
In a database, security is doled out by an admin just like on a computer network. He assigns permissions, and if you have permission for something, you can do it.

He will assign you an account with password. This makes sense - if there is going to be security, the computer has to know who you are in one way or another. Some other ways are with thumbprint machines or iris scanners, but typically it is with a password'd account.

And if you are admin, you get complete permission for . . . everything.
-------------

So ask your State (or County) Board of Election members this simple question:

Did the vendors who sold you election software turn over the admin position in these vote-counting databases or . . . did they retain that position on election day?

There is a way to turn over admin in any database system. Basically, you create an empty database for the person who is receiving the database. Then, all the objects in the database being turned over are imported into the empty database.

Wouldn't it be funny if election fraud was too complex for the average American to detect, so it just kept on happening year after year?

But it's not very complex. The first thing you learn about security in computers is that the admin doles out security permissions. It is the first thing you learn, and it is not very complex, is it?

So who held the admin position on Election Day? Board of Elections or right-wing vote software vendors? One day I hope you idiots will wake up and see how easy the proof you want really is.

So to sum up: If you sell election software to SBOE's but do not turn over the admin position in these databases, you have defrauded your customers in the extreme, because

1) it is easy to turn the admin position over (if you want to)
2) if you don't turn this admin position over, you can still change votes in any manner you want on Election Day
3) I don't think our SBOE's knew that. Do you?

I've been posting this for many, many moons. The way I figure it, you guys don't really want to know, because then you'd have to do something about it.

9. Hail Caesar !!
Welcome to DU, Mr. Majestic.

Your message.... lets say that it is mostly correct, but your wording seems to be aiming it at a different crowd, knowhatimean?

We all pretty much know the machines can be altered two ways too Sunday, and we all know it's a faith based system, so what else ya got?

10. Hey Crazy, my favorite Gugenheim (including the museum)

Here's a good place to go. It's all about the numbers, which are objective. It's passionate in it's argument but if you've got people who understand statistics, this will give them something to chew on.

It's also a site put up by a DU'er. It's got the very best TruthIsAll threads, neatly organized, plus some other articles.

www.truthisall.net

Here's an article from that site and Scoop.

The Unanswered Question: Who Really Won In 2004?

See also... this annotated thread. It’s all in the numbers

According to the vote tabulators, in the 2004 presidential election George W. Bush won a stunning victory that defied all odds, particularly those applied by unbiased statisticians. He won despite trailing in most state and national polls. He won despite an approval rating of less than 50%, usually the death knell for an incumbent presidential candidate. He won despite trailing in the three National Exit Polls three timelines from 4pm to 12:22 am (13047 respondents) by a steady 48%-51%, miraculously winning the final exit poll (with only 613 additional respondents, totaling 13,660). This poll was “weighted” (altered) to meet the reported election result on the assumption that the reported result was accurate -- quite an assumption. The final poll showed a stunning reversal of the Kerry 51%-48% poll margin, which had been measured consistently all day by the same polling group: major news/networks and polling firm Edison-Mitofsky.

Of course, Conyers is GREAT, the Ohio Repor. Here's a quick summary.
