thanks go to John Gideon at Votersunite for either breaking or playing a key role in spreading the story. Maybe John will appear and take the appropriate credit, which is large in any case.

On edit: please kick this post in GD, it's a good straightforward way to highlight the lack of security in e-voting as well as the problem of secret vote counting (whether by foreign or domestic forces)
