1. On the other hand, anything would be an improvement.
It would be nearly impossible to screw things up any worse.

2. The solution is a peaceful transfer of power...
...from Karl Rove to Karl Rove.

3. Yes and the first thing I would do would be to make a effort to get out
of Iraq ASAP. The second thing would be to raise taxes on people who make over 200 grand a year. The third would be to punish companies who outsource by taking away a tax cuts they enjoy for doing it. The next thing would be to guarantee fair elections. The next thing would be to revise the Patriot Acts one and two. Next would be to offer tax credits and incentives for developing alternate forms of energy. Next I would put tough federal standards on all forms of pollution. I would legalize Marijuana and use the tax money from it for universal health care. I would give amnesty for anyone jailed for a pot charge and restore their records and voting rights. I would make sure these neocon criminals took their place in jail. These things would just be the beginning.

8. The job doesn't pay well and the risk of getting shot is too high
Being President is more dangerous than being a cab driver.

11. Not worth the lack of privacy and grueling work schedule
Executives in private corporations can make a lot more money and have all the security they want, and have a lower chance of being killed or injured.

10. Go ahead vote for me and see..
Where that gets you. I'd love to have a crack at it.

There would be a whole bunch of classified shit that would become public.

There would be an apology to the world, and an excuse US but we're going to be busy cleaning house for a while.

There would be arrests of many theologins, Coproratistas, media moguls, politicians, military, intelspooks, etc.

The assets of Haliburton and other corporations would be siezed and distributed to victims of the war on terror.

Generals and cabinet level officials would be imprisoned and trials would be delayed for years.

There would be a meaningful reorganization of the intel community.

The wall between church and state would be repaired.

Go ahead put me there. I'm unemployed right now, why not?
