Green recount volunteers found signif. irregularities inmost Ohio counties
This is my summary of the Green volunteers summaries for the first 30 counties in Ohio recounted. Some of these weren't complete or fully done. But they found significant problems in over half of the counties looked at here. But their findings weren't acknowledged by Election Officials (or the Media apparently):

the URLs to the Green summaries are also on my page.
Few counties had real recounts. Most did not take the process seriously and their main interest appeared to be avoiding doing a real recount.

3. So, why isn't this MAJOR NEWS? I can't believe that the
mainstream media just sort of IGNORES this stuff, as if it isn't of any significance.

Nader was right, apparently.

2. Thanks for this link -- I thought I had bookmarked your site
before, but I couldn't find it and am glad you posted it again.

Don't let those silly "why isn't anyone recounting now, that just proves you know recounts will not support election fraud" threads get to you. Its a silly game some try on the weekends to try to discourage and to try to make some stupid point. Notice the tag team efforts and the same posters. I do hope the mods pay attention, their latest efforts look like they may start an effort to raise money.

Again, thanks for the link! Great collection of resources and it comes in real handy! :thumbsup:

4. It's kind of creepy reading some of those entries.
And creepy to think people aren't under indictment.

Looks like there was no recount.

Is evidence preserved?

5. Jefferson County Recount Info (I was there)
The 3% sample for the recount was NOT random, the precincts were pre-chosen. (BOE Director said she wanted a precinct from the Northern, the Central, and the Southern part of the county, and she had them picked the week before.)

The hand count and the machine count MATCHED on the recount (it differed from the Certified Election Day Count by 1 vote.) So no, there was no manual recount of all precincts because it wasn't required according to the law.

Let me know if you want more information.

<<Jefferson County    (Punch Cards,  Triad Tabulator)  **
Appears they may have done a  random sample of precincts that were approx. 3 percent of total votes.  But the precincts were preselected without recount observer participation.    Hand count differed from machine count by 1 vote.     Poll workers separated by undervotes, overvotes, and o.k. votes on the presidential column. On several occasions, hanging chads were knocked clear by poll workers or their supervisors. The actual undervotes for the county decreased by 5 ballots, based on the recount computer tabulation.    It is not stated whether a decision was made to do manual recount of all precincts, but apparently not.>>

7. Do you have any info that would suggest fraud?
The most important things to look at are comparison of voter logs to official votes;
any signatures look like same person signing more than one
analysis of absentee votes and absentee signatures and time requested, etc. (compare to the EIRS records & absentee requests)

analysis of provisionals rejected;
how many due to wrong precinct
how many due to wrong precinct but correct polling place(multiple precinct site- very common>implies poll worker malfeasance-not voter problem.

Analysis of overvotes and undervotes by precinct;
analysis of strange patterns of minor candidate votes or missing votes or phantom votes

were any of these done?
