Poll question: Poll: The Voter's Dilemma
Scenario:
The Democratic candidate you hate most becomes the party nominee. You have vowed never to vote for this person, come hell or high water.

However, polls as of November 1st show a statistical dead heat in both the popular vote and electoral college. The Republican ticket is Jeb Bush and John Ashcroft.

For the purposes of this exercise, vote trading is not an option.
What do you do on November 2nd?

7. Who gives a f**k?
Do you really think that voting will make a difference in 4 years time. Where have you been since Nov 2nd?
And that's if * doesn't proclaim himself Emperor of The New world Order before then.

8. Indeed
This poll operates under the assumption the U.S. is a democracy. I am never holding my nose to vote for the lesser of two evils again, because of the greater evil will cheat anyway. I might as well support the candidate *cough Green Party cough* who speaks for my view.

What I've learned tho... Is know the candidates as individuals.
Don't get stuck in a *cough party rut cough*. :)

14. yeah, I did that in 2000
after making sure that my state was going blue....... I don't know if I will do that again though......so I voted for the shower thing. At least one gets a nice hot shower out of it.

13. we would need a third choice...but since there isn't, have the ones you
support put pressure on the nominees.
but I am afraid, unless we do something, the 'stealing" will get worse

15. Hold my nose and pull the lever for the Dem.
Did that in 92. Bill Clinton turned out, on balance, pretty good.

Did not do that when Carter ran against Reagan. I voted for Barry Commoner a wonderful clean green peace loving progressive and all I got was Ronald Reagan for eight years.

Right now Reagan seems like a bargain compared to the Shrub.
